Vineet (Vinnie) is a mortgage adviser with a strong background in financial services and client advisory. With over 15 years of experience, Vinnie brings a structured, client-first approach to helping people achieve their property goals.

Before moving into mortgage advisory, Vinnie worked as a Senior Trustee where he supported clients with estate planning, asset management, and other complex matters. His role involved detailed financial fact-find, managing property transactions, overseeing investments, and acting in the best interests of clients during significant life events. This experience developed a strong understanding of financial structures, compliance, and risk management.

Today, Vinnie focuses on helping clients navigate the mortgage process with clarity and confidence. Whether assisting first-home buyers, property investors, or families looking to restructure their lending, his goal is to provide clear guidance and tailored lending solutions that support long-term financial wellbeing.

Vinnie holds a Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services (Lending) and is committed to delivering professional, ethical, and client-focused advice. He is based out of Auckland, however, is able to service clients across New Zealand.

His company, KiwiNest Financial, has a contract with Eliteinsure Ltd. to provide financial services on their behalf., trading as Eliteinsure, the holder of the licence issued by the Financial Markets Authority.
