I am a qualified financial adviser providing advice across mortgages and insurance, with a particular focus on helping clients navigate their lending needs and make informed financial decisions. I work with individuals, families and business owners to understand their circumstances, goals and priorities and provide advice that is tailored to their needs.

I hold a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5), an MBA with Distinction and a Bachelor of Commerce. My professional background in marketing, combined with my business and analytical skills, helps me take a structured and practical approach to understanding each client’s circumstances and financial goals.

I help clients with a range of mortgage and lending needs, including first-home purchases, refinancing, property investment, residential lending and more complex lending scenarios. I work with clients to understand their borrowing position, assess suitable lending options and guide them through the process from initial assessment and pre-approval through to loan application and settlement.

I understand that the lending process can be unfamiliar, particularly for first-home buyers. I take the time to explain the process and available options in straightforward terms, helping clients understand their lending commitments and make informed decisions.

I also provide insurance advice to help clients consider how they and their financial commitments may be protected if their circumstances change. This includes helping clients who are considering insurance for the first time, including first-home buyers taking on a significant financial commitment, as well as reviewing existing insurance cover to consider whether it continues to meet their needs as their circumstances change.

My approach is based on clear communication, transparency and advice tailored to each client’s circumstances. I work with clients throughout New Zealand through both face-to-face and online consultations and provide practical support throughout the advice and application process.

My company, Universal Associates Limited, has a contract with Eliteinsure Limited to provide financial advice services on its behalf, trading as Eliteinsure, the holder of a financial advice provider licence issued by the Financial Markets Authority.
